t Fosse Family Practice, we try to embrace technology to make our patient’s experience better. We appreciate how difficult it can be to get through on the telephone lines during busy periods. You can now submit requests directly to us to get medical help, order a prescription or even a sick note.

 

We try to respond as soon as possible, but it can take up to two working days. Therefore, if your query is urgent, please use the normal contact methods.

The Patient Triage solution allows patients to submit either a medical query or an administrative request to their registered GP practice.
